A manifestation in favor of pleasure
The fascination with the woman’s body inspires SAUER in Erotica. Filled with references to female representation in the most diverse artistic manifestations throughout history – from Greco-Roman mosaics to burlesque theater – jewels celebrate pleasure, libido and, above all, the pioneers who have broken society’s taboos. Desire and love in all its spheres
Wanting to be respected does not mean that we don’t have desires, that our body is not celebrated. After traveling with our collections by the sea, the stars and spirituality, I felt a strong inclination toward something more primitive and earthly. – All the pieces represent a love free of judgement, respecting the differences and the desires of each person. Such a relationship has everything to last, like the gems that are in these jewels – says Stephanie.
The Kintsugi jewels are inspired by the Japanese re-signification of beauty by repairing and restoring an object that has been broken. In horn, gold and emeralds, the pieces symbolize the love for imperfections.
